Yes, as long as you give us at least 3 hours prior notice before your scheduled pick-up time. Changes inside that window may incur additional charges.
Cancellations must be made at least 3 hours prior to your scheduled pick-up time for a full refund. Cancellations inside the 3-hour window are charged a $75 fee.
All private-pay trip requests must be paid 24 hours prior to the scheduled trip. Call if less than 24 hours. An invoice with a payment link will be sent to your email.
Both the cancellation fee (inside the 3-hour window) and the no-show fee are $75. A no-show occurs when the rider’s party is not ready for pick-up 15 minutes past the scheduled time.
Maximum 3 riders per van — 1 wheelchair rider plus up to 2 additional riders. Minors must be accompanied by an adult 18 or older.
